When you submit your properties to OSPML for free, you get your properties listed on one of Kenya’s biggest and most active real estate portals. Our basic package allows buyers and renters to search for and submit inquiries upon your for sale and for lease properties.

Basic agent package inclusions:

  • Your name, email, mobile, and landline on your Agent Profile.
  • One service location in our Agent Finder.
  • Customer Reviews.
  • Activity Feed.
  • Community Content on your profile.

While we endeavor to ensure the OSPML website performs without interruption, there can occasionally be bugs or errors that we are yet to come across.

Questions about invoicing

Clients are invoiced based on the terms of their signed contract with OSPML.

Payments can be made online via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Payment details can be found on your invoice.

Direct Debit can be set up and is deducted from your Credit Card seven days before the due date. A Direct Debit form can be requested by emailing or by contacting your Account Manager.

Invoices are generated and sent out the first week of each month. Invoices have 30-day payment terms.
